This policy explains what SnapSeason Photos collects when we photograph you and when you use snapseasonphotos.com, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Photos we take of you at an event.
- Your mobile phone number, only if you give it to us to receive a link to your photos.
- Payment and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your email address and what you bought; we never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) that our hosting providers log to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To show you your photos, sell them to you, and deliver the ones you buy.
- To text you a link to your gallery and, at most, one reminder before it expires.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your photos for advertising without your permission.
Text messages
We send texts only to numbers given to us for that purpose. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as our text-message provider, is permitted. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our SMS terms.
Who processes your data
We use Cloudflare (website and photo storage), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments) and Twilio (text messages). Each handles data only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
Gallery links work for 90 days. We delete unpurchased photos and phone numbers after that. We keep order records as required for tax and accounting.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your photos or phone number at any time by emailing support@snapseasonphotos.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages.
