These terms apply when you buy photos from SnapSeason Photos at an event or on snapseasonphotos.com.
What you're buying
Digital photos (JPEG) taken by SnapSeason Photos at your event: $20 per photo on the spot, $25 per photo online. Online purchases unlock the full-resolution file for download from your gallery as soon as payment is confirmed.
Your use of the photos
When you buy a photo, you get a personal license to download, print, copy and share it, including on social media, for non-commercial purposes. SnapSeason Photos keeps the copyright. Please ask us before using a photo commercially.
Watermarked previews are for choosing photos only and may not be copied or used.
Galleries
Your gallery link is private and works for 90 days. Anyone with the link can view the previews, so share it only with people you choose. Download your purchased photos before the link expires.
Payments and refunds
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. See our refund policy.
Liability
We work hard to capture every family, but we can't guarantee a photo of any particular moment. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to purchases made while it's posted.
